ASPIRAS is familiar with all tools of project management. Based on individual project activities ASPIRAS is working together with the customers‘ team towards the goals of the project. Team members of ASPIRAS are managing team meetings and brain stormings and are preparing documentation and presentations on the project.
ASPIRAS can assist regarding the decision for the involvement of third parties in particular project activities. For product development ASPIRAS can arrange support in registrational matters.
